What do I wear?
ANYTHING! Be comfortable and be yourself! You can wear sweats, pjs, your fav matching outfit, anything!
I’ve never practiced yoga before. Is there a beginner class?
All of our classes are for everyone! Our loving teachers will meet you where you’re at, and our community will embrace you!
Do I need to bring my own mat?
Yes, please! If you do forget, we have backups so don't worry (and we won't charge you to use them either!)
What is your class cancelation policy?
Currently, we ask that you cancel more than one hour out.We are a small studio and want to make sure everyone has the chance to come, and our teachers time is important. Should you late cancel or no-show, you’ll be charged a $15 fee.
Do I need to sign up for classes in advance?
Yes! To confirm we have room for you please sign up in advance, online. You'll see when you get here that we are your home, and it's not a huge corporate conglomerate. If there are no signups within an hour of class time, they are subject to cancelation so sign up, baddie!
